My pediatrician confirmed my child had lice and recommended an otc product. The whole family had a treatment as a precaution and in 1 wk I repeated the tx as instructed on my child, not to mention painstakingly nit picking 2-3 hours a day . The 2nd treatment was not effective on her and now I got them. Thats when I frantically called lice.aid and spoke to Nina. She reassured me everything would be OK and it was. She showed up 3 hrs later at my house and literally came to our rescue during this crisis. Nina is a true professional, knowledgable, kind and great with children. I wish I would have called lice.aid right away , I would have saved money, time and much aggravation. I highly recommend this company and Nina. Thank you very much

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Nina. She was very informative, professional and patient. I had tried everything on my own to rid my daughter of head lice and found it extremely difficult and was not successful. Her expertise is what I was glad to pay for. I recommend Nina and am so happy with the outcome. Thank you!

i can’t recommend nina at lice aid enough. i first took my kids and me to another highly regarded company. not only were we all crying in pain from the extreme pulling on our hair, but also the process took FOREVER and was exorbitantly expensive. i was so shaken up by the experience that i called lice aid to come examine us again. nina was very kind and reassuring. she was very thorough but definitely not trying to take financial advantage of our plight. also, she was so helpful in explaining how to avoid getting into this situation again. however, if we ever did, i would call her in a heartbeat. thank you, nina!!
